| This is an example of a poster that they would use to get people to immigrate. Although this poster is for America it gives you an idea of why people wanted to go on these ships. The posters they used glorified immigration and made it look fun and easy. |

Hi Jess...could you find an image of a ship traveling to the Canadian colonies? Maybe in English? ;) Then look at the images and language in the ad and discuss what you think is accurate info and what might be considered propaganda.This would be really helpful to your assignment!
